Office volunteers - Help us with our daily office activities, such as answering phones, scheduling tours, preparing mailings, filing and copying, as well as general organizing and other duties. You will have the chance to work in a friendly office environment and get to know the other volunteers.

Library volunteers - Lend a hand in the CCHS Research Library with a variety of tasks, such as assistance with maintaining and expanding our collection of books and documents, cataloging new items that have been donated, and digitizing the library's collection. We also have numerous research requests that need to be filled. In order to open our library to the public on additional days, we need volunteers to staff the library. All library efforts help us provide assistance to patrons in their research and to improve the accessibility of items for research. Training will be provided.

General Volunteers - Several times a year, the museum also has special events, newsletter mailings, and other activities that often require numerous helping hands. If you are interested in volunteering, but only have a few times a year available, please let us know and we will contact you on an "as needed" basis, or if there are upcoming events that you would like to volunteer for, please let us know.
